Emilee and I went school shopping yesterday. Oh what an adventure. We took my darling niece, Grace and also my co-worker. We hit the mall right after lunch and didn't get out of there until well after dinner. We were exhausted. Emilee started out the day in quite the mood. She didn't like ANYTHING! Then we found a very cute, but very expensive little "tween" shop. Of course she like everything in there. I couldn't bring myself to pay $40 for a dress/shirt thingy. We had a slight meltdown. I threatened to not buy her anything at all and make her wear old clothes on the first day of school. Suddenly she was in much better spirits!!! It was so funny watching Emilee and Grace as we wondered the mall. So much to see. The most talked about event of the day.... a mannequin in the lingerie department that had a wardrobe malfunction. Anyways, we had a great day. I loved spending some one on one time with Emilee. She is growing up so fast.

Thanks for taking Grace yesterday, as well as getting her the cute dress and shoes. She had a lot of fun. She's tired now. :)
